• Event Combo Packages

  Event Combo Package which contains forms commonly used by those who plan events such as parties or weddings. These forms include an event space agreement and amendment and service agreements for a caterer, photographer, florist and disc jockey.

• Event Release and Indemnity

  Event Release and Indemnity for use by a sponsor of an event involving physical activity, such as a bike race or marathon. This release spells out specifics about the participant, including emergency contact information, type and date of the event and indemnification of the sponsor due to participant's injury or accident.

• Event Space Rental Agreements

  Event Space Rental Agreements for use when renting a space, venue or booth for an event. These agreements set out dates of rental, amount of space rent and description of the space. Also included is an amendment which will change an existing rental agreement.

• Event Sponsorship Agreement

This form spells out the planning services to be performed, reimbursement for expenses and how much the event planner will be paid.
