Non-Competition Agreement by Seller of a Business - Long Form (Canada)

Non-Competition agreement given by seller of a business to the buyer of the business (long form). In this agreement the seller will agree that he/she will not engage directly or indirectly in a business that competes with the business being sold. In addition, this agreement includes provisions regarding confidentiality and non-solicitation of employees and customers.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
