This Broadcast Recording Agreement is between a broadcaster and an artist who agrees to allow broadcaster the rights to record, market and promote a performance. This agreement sets out the details of the broadcast including the title, date and location of the program and the exclusive rights granted to the broadcaster. It also sets out royalty and payment provisions between the parties for broadcast of the program. This type of business arrangement should always be set out in writing.
