This Architect Services Agreement is between a client/property owner and an architect who will provide certain architectural services. This agreement contains the specific terms of the arrangement including the scope of the project, design phases from inception to completion and any additional services the architect will perform. It also includes the responsibilities of the owner and how much the architect will be paid. It is imperative this agreement be set out in writing rather than via oral agreement.
