Acquisition of Music Rights - All Rights (Canada)

Agreement to acquire music rights in a song from a composer after the song has been written. The agreement specifies that all rights in the music are transferred, the transfer price and that the composition was a work-made-for-hire. The agreement also includes various representations and warranties regarding the compositions originality.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
