Asset Purchase Agreement - Business - Short Form (Canada)

Short form agreement between a buyer to a seller regarding the purchase of a business's assets. This form differs from the Asset Purchase Agreement Long Form in that it includes all of the basic terms and conditons you will need to conduct the transaction, but is less comprehensive regarding more specific terms.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
