Assignment of Purchase and Sale Agreement

An assignment of contract is an agreement where a person who originally was a party to a contract (the “Assignor”) assigns his rights and responsibilities under that contract to another person (the “Assignee”). This assignment is designed for those situations where the purchaser of residential property decides to assign all his rights and interests in a purchase agreement to another party.
