Assignment of Shareholder Loan - Interest Permitted (Canada)

Assignment by an Assignor of a debt owed by a Borrower (in the form of a shareholder's loan) in favour of a new Lender to the Borrower as collateral security for a Guaranty given by the Assignor to the Lender of the new loan.

This agreement allows for the assignor to continue charging interest on the shareholder loan.
