You can contact your court in advance to determine where you will need to file the documents, or can ask at the courthouse. You will be required to pay the filing fee at the tly. NOTE: Even though you have completed the filing of your request to change your name, it will not be official until the judge has signed your order and you have completed your publication requiremecomplete and sign it.
