Conditional Sale Agreement (Canada)

Agreement between a buyer and a seller pursuant to which the buyer purchases goods from the seller and pays for them over time. Title to the goods is retained by the seller until full payment is received. This form, as opposed to the standard form format, is generally used for non-consumer transactions.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
