Consent Agreement to an Assignment of Sales Agreement (Canada)

When a business is sold, often the agreements that the business has in place must be "assigned" to the new owner. Often these assignments must be consented to by the other party to these agreements. This consent is used in those cases where the original seller to a conditional sales agreement must consent to the assignment of the sales agreement.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
