Engagement Letter - Expert (Canada)

This is an engagement letter by which a corporation retains an expert as a consultant in a legal proceeding. The letter includes a discussion of the expert's services, confidentiality, conflict of interests, fees, etc. This document should be printed onto corporate letterhead of corporation.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
