Appear in Court (As Necessary). Before the date that you have scheduled, you should contact your court to determine if a heant required. Step 6. Schedule Your Court Date. After you have filed your documents, you must schedule a hearing date at which the court will review your petition. This item asks whether or not you are involved in a profem of the section so that the court will know to review that information as well. Item 9.
