Quitclaim Deed forms are legal documents used by a person or entity (called Grantor) to transfer an interest in a piece of real property to another party or entity (called the Grantee). By using a Quit Claim Deed the Grantor does not make any promises or guarantees with regards to the quality of title that is being transferred.
