Indemnity from Buyer to Seller to Enter Property Before Closing (Canada)

This Indemnity Agreement is entered into in those situations where a buyer of a home requests access to the home for the purpose of renovating or other similar project. The buyer indemnifies the owner against any damage or dimunition of value of the property due to such renovations should the purchase of the home fail.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
