Montana Mutual Will – Married Couple with Adult Children

This form package contains two “Mutual Wills” and is for use by a married couple (husband and wife i.e. Testator and Testatrix) with adult children in Montana. It also includes a self-proved affidavit. The Wills distribute the assets of the Husband to the Wife and the assets of the Wife to the Husband in the event of their death. They also have a provision dealing with situations of simultaneous death of both husband and wife. If the Spouse does not survive the Testator/Testatrix the assets will go to the children. This Will also allows the Testator/Testatrix to make specific gifts to others as well. This Will is suitable for estates worth less than $2,000,000.
