New Home Construction Agreement - Fixed Price (Canada)

This is an agreement between a contractor and the owner of a property to build a new home. It inlcudes provisions regarding timing for the project, specifications of the home (included as an attachment), contract price, subcontracting, liens, interests on overdue payments, delays, and many more.

This specific agreement is designed for those situations where the contractor is paid a fixed price for the construction.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
