This Nudity Rider to Player/Actor Agreement is an addendum to a previous agreement between the player (actor) and the production company. This Nudity Rider sets out that the actor shall be required to appear nude or semi-nude and perform designated sexual acts in a motion picture. A general description of the nudity and the designated acts will be set out in an exhibit incorporated with this rider. It is important that this type of agreement be memorialized in writing. A written Nudity Rider to Player Agreement will prove invaluable in the event there are disagreements or misunderstandings between the actor and production company.

This Nudity Rider to Player Agreement contains the following provisions:

• Parties: Sets forth the name of the production company, the actor and the title of the motion picture;
