Occupancy Agreement (Canada)

This is an agreement between a provider of office space and an occupant whereby the provider will allow the occupant to use a portion of the space for business purposes and provides the occupant with additional facilities and resources. Please note that this form is not to be used as a lease or a sublease.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
