Publishing Agreement (Publisher and Composer) - Canada

Agreement between publisher and composer of music, whereby the composer grants the publisher the right to publish and distriubte the work during the term of the agreement. The agreement includes representations by the composer regarding his/her rights in the work, as well as covenants by the publisher on his/her efforts to exploit the work.

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
