Right of First Refusal to Purchase Property (Canada)

This first right to purchase is a right granted by a property owner to another party. In the event that a third party makes an offer to purchase the property, this right allows the first party to purchase the property (the first party must match the offer of the third party).

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
