Room Lease Agreement - Furnished

A Furnished Room Lease Agreement (a.k.a Room for Rent Agreement) should be used whenever a Landlord rents a furnished room to a Tenant. This document memorializes the agreement in writing and sets forth many important terms including the rental amount, the rental period, the rights and obligations of both the Landlord and the Tenant, etc.

This agreement is specifically designed for situations where the Landlord will share the residence with the Tenant.

This lease agreement is different than our Room Lease Agreement because it includes specific provisions governing the furnishings that are included in the lease.
