Service Agreement (Athletic Trainer)

An Athletic Training Services Agreement is an agreement between a contractor/athletic trainer and a client. This type of service agreement is helpful because it provides the terms and conditions of the arrangement. Is the agreement for a fixed term or ongoing? How much and in what manner will the contractor get paid? What type or types of athletic training is the contractor qualified to provide? These are all questions that will be answered in the agreement. In addition, the agreement will reaffirm that an employer/employee relationship is not created.
