Software License Agreement - Fixed Term

This Agreement gives the Licensee limited rights to use the software and related materials described in the license. In addition, it also imposes upon the Licensee certain obligations to protect the software and related materials from unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution or publication. This agreement is specifically designed for those situations where the license is granted for a fixed term and will then expire.
