Software License Agreement - Perpetual (Canada)

This Agreement gives the Licensee limited rights to use the software and related materials described in the license. In addition, it also imposes upon the Licensee certain obligations to protect the software and related materials from unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution or publication. This agreement is specifically designed for those situations where the license is granted for a perpetual term (no expiration unless there is a violaton of the agreement).

This form can be used in the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
