A sublease agreement is an agreement used by a tenant to sublease part or all of his dwelling to another for a portion or the remainder of his lease term. A tenant may choose to sublease for a number of reasons including an extended vacation, work reassignments or other changes in circumstance.

This particular sublease is designed for those instances where the tenant is subleasing the entire premises.
