Terms of Use Agreement (Registered Member)

A Term of Use Agreement for a Registered Member is an agreement where a member and the owner of a website establish the use of their website via the internet. This form is designed to be used individually or in conjunction with a Registration Agreement and should be posted on the website. It is also recommended that this form be used in conjunction with the Privacy Policy Agreement. This form includes indemnification clauses, disclaimer of warranty, Notice of Trademark Infringement, Special Membership, Propriety Rights provisions as well as optional clauses.
