What is it?
The Attorney Form Market is a place where attorneys and publishers can sell or license their legal forms, guides and manuals to us, FindLegalForms.com.
Why do it?
To make money for work you’ve already done. Attorneys and publishers who provide forms and other legal materials to us can choose to: (i) sell their forms to us for a one-time fee or (ii) receive a royalty for each of their forms sold through our site for as long as we sell that form.
How much can I make?
If you choose to sell your forms to us, the amount we will offer will depend on the type of forms, their quality, whether the forms are part of a collection, the popularity of the jurisdiction, etc. For example, we may offer $50 for a landlord’s notice to vacate specific to Idaho, or a $1,000 for a comprehensive stock option plan, while a comprehensive library of litigation forms for multiple jurisdictions may be worth upwards of $20,000.
If you choose to license your forms with us, you will receive a 15% commission for each form sold through our site. Some of the current participants in our program make thousands of dollars per month.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for all types of legal forms and guides, including but not limited to litigation materials, real estate forms, business and corporate forms, instructional materials, etc. We are also looking for materials covering all jurisdictions (e.g. multistate, state-specific, etc.).
How does it work?
First you must complete our brief online contact form. There you will provide us with your contact information, information regarding your practice area and the types of forms you wish to sell. Once we receive your application, one of our forms administrators will contact you to discuss the program and your options. If you choose, you can immediately register as a provider in our Attorney Form Market. Once your registration has been reviewed, you will be able to start submitting forms to us immediately.
If I choose to receive a royalty, how can I track my sales?
Attorney- and publisher-providers will receive an account giving them access to an easy-to-use interface which will allow them to add forms to our database, maintain the information relating to each form, review form sales and revenues in real-time and more.
