Popular - Forms appropriate for use by actors, writers, directors and producers are widely varying. They include agreements, leases, letters, notices, certificates, and other written forms necessary for work in the entertainment industry.

A large portion of these forms focus on employment agreements, such as those between film producers and actors. In these cases, many of these forms also help ensure and verify that producers and other employers in the entertainment industry are working with members of the Screen Actors Guild and other appropriate trade guilds and unions. Much of the work of these forms also focuses on the duties, roles, and expected credits of those involved with the production of a film.
