for registration of assumed names for
sole proprietors, However, tradenames
for other business organization forms
are registerable. The applicant must
register with the Secretary of State and
record a statement of trade name with
the clerk in any county in which real
estate is held. (Section 7-71-101).

be the same as or deceptively similar
to any other registered name, or the
name of a dissolved corporation within
