The Articles of Organization form is the main document that is filed in many states with the proper authorities in order to form a Limited Liability Company (LLC). it is sometimes called “Articles of Formation”. It contains basic information about the structure of the LLC. In many ways Articles of Organization are similar to the Articles of Incorporation that is used to set up a corporation.
