I have been a loyal guest of your hotel for many years. However, on a recent stay my experience was less than satisfying and made me debate whether I will ever stay at your hotel again.
I stayed in room [Room Number] of your [Name and/or Location of Hotel] hotel from [DATE] to [DATE]. During my stay
[List the nature of problems with your stay, who you complained to, what was done about it if anything, how long it took for any problem to get resolved. Use dates, times and names when available i.e. there was a problem with the bathroom plumbing and on I complained several times to John Smith, the Front Desk manager, who assured me it would be taken care of. When I asked to be moved to a different room I was told that I could not be accommodated. The plumbing was not fixed until the last day of my stay.]
Because of the problems I was not able to enjoy my room nor my stay. [describe any other problems this caused i.e. I was unable to sleep comfortably at night because of the noise from the plumbing and was that caused me to be very tired the next day during important business meetings.]
