There are many different forms available for various entertainment industry professionals.  Hollywood is a precarious place, where obtaining a promise or reassurances from those you are working with just is not enough, it must be set into a legally binding contract as with any other industry.  There are union and non-union actor employment agreements.  There is the Actor Offer Letter, which is very important as a first step towards obtaining a role.  There are Certificates of Authorship for entertainment writers, crucial in retaining the rights to your work.  For Directors and Producers there are employment agreements, a necessity in a business where jobs begin and end in a short amount of time and people are often replaced during production.

These are just a small sampling of the many important forms available for Actors, Writers, Directors and Producers.  In an industry with more litigation than most, it is important to protect yourself and your work to the highest degree possible.
