This Studio or Venue Rental Agreement is between a venue or studio owner and an individual or group who desires the rent the location. This agreement sets out the terms of the rental including renter's rights to use the venue's image, features (restaurant or stage) and artwork. It also sets out how much the renter will pay and how payment is to be made. It is vital that this temporary rental agreement be clearly set forth in writing.
