Reference is made to the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated Date of Purchase and Sale Agreement between Name of Buyer of Home (the "Buyer") as buyer and the undersigned as seller, as amended, in respect of the property municipally known as Municipal Address of Property (ie. 123 Anywhere Street, Anyplace, USA (the "Property"), pursuant to which the Buyer has agreed to buy from the undersigned the Property.
 
 
In consideration of your services rendered in connection with procuring the Buyer and selling the Property, the undersigned hereby agrees to pay to you a commission in the amount of Amount of Commission (ie. $5,000.00) upon the satisfactory completion of the sale of the Property to the Buyer.
 
This Agreement shall enure to the benefit of your heirs, executors, administrators and other legal representatives and shall be binding upon the undersigned and his or her heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
