A commercial sublease agreement is an agreement used by a tenant to sublease part or all of commercial property to another for a portion or the remainder of his lease term.  A tenant may choose to sublease for a number of reasons including relocation of business, reduction of business size or other reasons.  Occasionally the original tenant (sublessor) will find it necessary to amend the sublease agreement with the individual sublet to (sublease).  If any amendments are necessary, it is imperative that they be set forth in writing.

  Read the amendment agreement carefully.

   Insert all requested information in the spaces provided on the form.

   Review the original lease and sublease to determine whether the amendment would require additional consent from the landlord/owner .

   The sublessor (the original tenant) must sign the amendment.

4.   SUCCESSORS & ASSIGNS

This Sublease Extension shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns, personal agents and representatives.
