- Parties: The identities of both composer and producer;
- Compensation: The amount of compensation producer agrees to pay composer;
- Employment: Producer employs composer to write, compose, orchestrate, perform, record and submit suitable music for use as a background score for the motion picture;
- Name and Likeness: Composer grants producer the perpetual rights to use his/her name and likeness to exploit and advertise the motion picture;
- Work for Hire Status: Composer agrees that all works are considered as “work for hire” and are the sole property of producer;
- Publication by Third Party: If the musical material is published by a third party, producer agrees to pay composer a set fee(s) for this publication which are set forth in the agreement;
- Screen Credit: Composer will receive screen credit if all work is satisfactorily completed;
- Signatures: By signing this agreement composer accepts and agrees to its terms;
- Copyright Release: Composer agrees that the musical composition is made within the scope of employment and all copyrights therein belong to producer.
