A Hunting Lease is an agreement between a property owner (“Lessor”) and an individual or other entity (“Lessee”) to rent a tract of land for the purpose of hunting. All hunting rights (or as otherwise limited in the agreement) are transferred to the Lessee for a specified period of time. This agreement includes provisions to limit the number of hunters, require that the hunters are properly licensed and early termination option in the event of a sale.
